Meeting format changes:
Rather than monthly meetings, we will now hold meetings 4 times a year. They will be held on the first Monday of the months of September, December, March and June. Meetings will be less formal with more opportunity to interact with neighbors. We will continue to work on a variety of NH projects, negotiations etc. Project coordinators will post information on website calendar and send reminders to listserv. Anyone can choose to participate in any activity or projects. Prior to the quarterly meeting, reminders will be sent out with opportunity to add items to agenda if needed. Meeting locations will vary for comfort and opportunity to socialize. At each meeting the project coordinator will provide information about their team’s activities and needs etc. This will also be posted on the website with monthly updates. Officers are needed as points of contact for the city and a CCRC rep for UA. At this time those officers are: Colby Henley—president, Mark Homan—vice president, Barb Homan-- secretary, Mike Carson--treasurer and Stacy Plassman-- CCRC rep.
